Office accommodation overlooking the sales floor was provided by means of new mezzanine levels accessed via twin spiral staircases. A raised cantilevered dias gives the Client an impressive display area as well as affording visitors an elevated view over the showroom.

Substantial support shoring was required to hold up the first floor while openings below were widened.

The desired effect was to achieve an unobstructed view from the front showroom through to the rear lower level sales area.
