Construction of a
2836m2 factory unit with 328m2 office on
two floors to the road side elevation. Factory area has 40
linear meters clear span and is 70 linear meters long.
External construction
includes a new adoptable access road leading to 2400m2
concrete goods yard.
The building will be
fully serviced and will provide new accommodation for a glass
manufacturing process.
