Job description:
We are pleased to have successfully carried out several contracts on behalf of Coors Brewers at their Tadcaster Brewery as described below.
Before commencement of the demolition work necessary for the provision of a new CIP filter the area had to be sealed off to prevent contamination from airborne particles.
The incorporation of a flat roof system encompassing the huge bank of fermentation vessels, previously open to the elements, afforded brewery workers a dry environment.
Supporting steelwork was largely cut and fabricated on site due to the complexity of the existing support framework.
Below the new FV roof existing silo support frames were refurbished and the bases of adjacent walls were underpinned to increase stability.
To cope with new drainage requirements in an already congested area pipe work was under-slung at ceiling height.
Existing ducting was re-routed and ceramic wall and floor tiles laid to create a new workspace.
Relocation of the sampling point following demolition of the disused office accommodation. |
