ASDA Store in Handsworth, Sheffield, split into two levels a new colleagues car park and a customer access road and car park.

Construction of a new access road onto a new colleagues car park complete with all associated surface water drainage, street lighting and landscaping works. A new concrete flag and brick staircase was constructed to create access between the new car park and store. Minor works on the existing Sheffield City Council Highway were carried out.

A new access road to the store was constructed connecting the store to the Parkway. This work included a large concrete retaining wall, realignment of the slip road, associated drainage, signage, CCTV, street lighting, Armco Barriers, and vehicular barriers. The car park was slightly redesigned to facilitate the new access road involving kerbing works and resurfacing, complete with new landscaping.
