Stuart Falshaw
Managing Director

Stuart Falshaw is Chairman and Managing Director. He started the Company in 1979 along with Robin Houseman who has since retired. Stuart possesses a wealth of experience in both commercial design and build projects and civil engineering Works. Three years ago he was primarily responsible for the installation and construction of the new structural steel fabrication plant at Copgrove. 

His hobbies are gardening, sailing, shooting and skiing.

Clive Mitchell
Contract Director

Clive was born in Skipton in 1958 and moved to the Harrogate area in 1981 following completion of 3 years at college in York. After six years working for a small plant hire and groundwork company Clive joined Houseman & Falshaw in 1989, starting at grass roots on the tools. Following promotions within the company Clive was made Contracts Manager in 1991 followed by promotion to the Board in 1999 as Contracts Director.

Paul Ward

Purchasing Director

Paul joined Houseman & Falshaw in September of 1998 from Wrekin Construction. Working initially in the Estimating Department, Paul's roles have subsequently included Materials Buyer and Head of Procurement before his appointment as Purchasing Director in 2006.

Sean Madden
Financial Director

Sean qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1996 and quickly progressed in his role as Company Accountant for a regional packaging firm, before joining H&F in 2000.

In his spare time he likes trying to play golf.
