Company Policy

Working almost exclusively in the position of PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR Houseman & Falshaw are well versed with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and are happy to offer free advice to prospective clients to assist with their compliance to these and other regulations governing our industry. Please refer to our PROJECTS section on this web-site for examples of schemes upon which we have asked in the position of PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR.

 
The Houseman & Falshaw safety committee (known as the SAFETY CIRCLE) sits on a regular basis to discuss all matters pertaining to Health, Safety, Welfare and Training.

The company is currently working towards its aim of a fully CSCS/CPCS qualified workforce within a programme of Health & Safety Testing and an on-the-job vocational qualification scheme already in place.
